jiloko Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jiloko platform available at jiloko.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiloko Platform. jiloko reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jiloko with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and jiloko relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register and maintain an account on jiloko, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. jiloko strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jiloko, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jiloko or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on jiloko at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein, pending investigation.

jiloko reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiloko account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jiloko immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jiloko will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified jiloko of a security breach.

jiloko will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from jiloko, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on jiloko are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your jiloko account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jiloko does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jiloko reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 15 minutes, subject to provider availability.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically within 1–3 banking business days.

jiloko reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The account holder's name on the payment method must match the registered name on the jiloko account.

jiloko offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, fishing games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• jiloko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.

All games available on the jiloko Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. The outcome of all games is determined fairly and independently of any player action outside the game itself.

By participating in any game on jiloko, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules before placing any wager.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. jiloko will not reverse a bet on the grounds that you misunderstood the rules or placed the bet in error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jiloko reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by jiloko at any time.
• jiloko's decision on all game outcomes and disputes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

jiloko does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiloko Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiloko staff or other players through any communication channel.

jiloko reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, fund withholding, and reporting to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities.

jiloko is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. Gaming on jiloko should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming stops being fun and starts causing financial or personal stress, it is important to seek help.

jiloko provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

jiloko strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to gamble on the Platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

All content on the jiloko Platform, including but not limited to the jiloko brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of jiloko or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from jiloko.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorized use of jiloko's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiloko, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform's availability for any reason.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform by third parties.

jiloko's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiloko account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiloko's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jiloko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiloko will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jiloko Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jiloko support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jiloko, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jiloko's customer support team. jiloko will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to gaming regulatory matters, it may also be referred to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or such other relevant regulatory body as may have jurisdiction.
