If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jiloko support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to gaming regulatory matters, it may also be referred to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or such other relevant regulatory body as may have jurisdiction.
